Base machine:
- Heavy machine frame configuration with a choice of multiple grinding and/or deburring heads
- Constant pass line (1000 mm) through adjustment of upper machine frame with 4 trapezium spindles
- Accuracy of the height adjustment 0,1 mm (optional: 0,01 mm adjustment)
- Rubberized contact drum on drive motor for conveyor belt
- Oil resistant rubberized pinch rollers
- Jog switch for head adjustment
- Spray nozzles in front and behind every head
- Integrated coolant filtration unit made out of stainless steel. (easy to slide out for cleaning)
- Integrated coolant tank in machine frame
- Safety switch on: machine in-feed, doors, deburring heads
- Emergency safety switches on front and rear side of the machine
- All electrical switches conform EU-Norm and Machine conforms in every aspect of the EG machine regulations (CE)
- TE 14/S7 terminal with capacity for 1024 programs
R-Head
- Deburring head with drum diameter: 200 mm
- Height adjustment for compensation of belt thickness
- Rotation: with feed
- Variable cutting speed (frequency controlled)
T-Heads
- 2 T-brush aggregates for top brushes (150 mm) or barrel brushes (300 mm). Equipped with quick change system.
- Brush oscillation (stroke length 46 mm) of 120 strokes/min.
- Motorized height adjustment of brushes
- Rotation: bi-directional
- Variable cutting speed (frequency controlled)
Conveyor table
- High friction/oil resistant conveyor belt
- Variable feed speed (frequency controlled)
Other features
- Roller table at in-feed with safety bar and drip pan 300 mm long
- Water spray nozzles with pump for high performance operation
- Noise insulation package that covers of drive motors and drying fan for approx. ± 80 dBA
